I stumbled on my waffle maker the other day… you know, one of those things you register for and then it just sits in your cabinet not being used? Yah, that waffle maker… So, I have been waiting for the perfect Saturday to whip some up with the girls.
I even still had the original paperwork that included a recipe! We actually followed this recipe and I think they came out great!
We didn’t even use a mixer, we just beat it all by hand….We had all the ingredients, so it was easy to pull together…
They look pretty good, right? I heated it up the iron while we were mixing all the ingredients. Then I just sprayed the top and bottom of the iron with a non stick spray.
YUM!
You can even add whipped cream and strawberries!
